If someone had asked Camilla when it all began, she’d probably say it was the moment he took off her mask. That was the moment she gave herself to her master.

As Guillermo began to unknot the black satin ties of her mask, Camilla feared that she would feel naked when he saw her face. A few seconds later she reminded herself that she had been more or less naked since the moment Tolo had ordered her to strip. And she’d paraded her shameless self into a dining room filled with dozens of inquisitive eyes.
